DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICIES
Order Cancellation and Goods Return
A key objective of our site and telephone support facility is to provide you with all the information you need to make a fully informed decision whenever you make a purchase. However, should you wish to cancel an order or return unwanted goods please follow the procedures detailed below to help us ensure cancellations/returns are processed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Please note before ordering that any customised or specially made product is non-returnable
Cancelling An Order After Despatch
Any goods that are to be returned must be unused and in their original packing with any seals or wrap intact. Any item must not have been fitted or used.
In the event that an item is to be returned you are responsible for getting the item back to Pandamonium Racing Ltd. In effect, this means packaging/protecting the item well and always using a “signed for“ delivery service such as recorded delivery.
All delivery costs are un-refundable.
We will refund all payments received from you, excluding the cost of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the refund for the loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
We will process the refund without undue delay, and not later than:
a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
c) If there were no goods supplied 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract
We will make this refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Return of Goods
You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from the contract to us.
Cost Of Return
You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Alternatively, at your request, we will collect the goods from you. We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of collection and return of the goods. In this case, you must make the goods available for collection. We will contact you to make further arrangements and advise you of the cost of collection and return before proceeding.
You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of any of the following goods:
- For the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
